September 17 marks Constitution Day. Our Constitution has sustained America for nearly 250 years. It protects liberty, ensures equality under the law, and secures rights endowed by our creator that no one can take away. Each generation must learn them, love them, and defend them as we participate together in this great experiment in self-government.

The 917 Society
The 917 Society is a group of nonpartisan volunteers dedicated to the preservation of our Constitution and fostering a love for our country among our youth. We are proud to partner with them to provide US Constitutions to students across Washington State. A portion of the Constitutions donated by CMRLI are provided by the 917 Society.
