(Spokane, WA) -- Today, former Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers announced the launch of the Cathy McMorris Rodgers Leadership Institute, a non-profit foundation whose mission will be to inspire a rebirth of freedom and faith in America’s future leaders.
