United In Prayer
What might God do when we unite together in prayer and daily Bible reading? At CMRLI we launched the United In Prayer Initiative to make a tangible impact on our community and nation through prayer and the regular reading of Scripture. By supporting both national and local prayer initiatives, we are cultivating a culture of prayer that can sustain and strengthen our nation, leaders, local communities, and schools. Below are programs and resources we are partnering with.
-
Local Prayer
We are partnering with SpokanePRAYS and encourage people across the Spokane region to join with us for monthly city-wide prayer gatherings hosted by a different church each month. Find out more below.
-
National Prayer
The Nehemiah Network is working to establish a weekly prayer time for all 435 members of Congress. Join us as we pray for government leaders and sign up for a prayer time.
-
Daily Bible Reading
At CMRLI we are committed to the daily reading of God’s word. Whether through an online app or a Bible in hand, just 15 minutes a day is all it takes to read a little bit of the Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs.
-
Campus Bible Clubs
Urban Youth Collaborative (UYC) is empowering students to bring Jesus into every public school in the nation through connecting them with the local church, and equipping them as disciple-makers who lead change in their schools and communities.
